The 23rd Avenue Action Plan (Union-Cherry-Jackson) is moving into the “action” and implementation phase.  This Saturday, September 21 (9 a.m. to noon, Garfield Community Center,2323 E. Cherry Street) Central Area Neighborhood stakeholders will gather to provide feedback on proposed goals and policies born out of the community input provided over the past six months.  Stop by and get better acquainted with some of the resources, programs and progress taking place in and around 23rd & Union, Cherry and Jackson that align with the five identified community priorities:
