The Arbor Heights Science and Environmental Education Team will host a community-building event at the Boren School (5950 Delridge Way SW) on Saturday, November 8 from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. This work party will improve the planting and hands-on learning areas around the school building. A seed-saving library will also be started with small enrichment activities. A goal is to bring together both the K-5 STEM and Arbor Heights School communities and the larger Delridge Way/Longfellow Creek community. This event was supported through a Neighborhood Matching Fund award.
