Join the Central Area Chamber of Commerce for its Black Irish Heritage Celebration, a festival to celebrate African-American and Irish lineage in the Central District and Seattle. It will be held on Saturday, March 14 at 3 p.m. in the 2100 Building, 2100 24th Ave S.
