Seattle Residents Share Hundreds of Ideas for Improving Parks and Streets

Your Voice, Your ChoiceThank you to everyone who participated in the Idea Collection phase of our Your Voice, Your Choice: Parks and Streets program. The response was amazing!

We received nearly 900 project ideas from all over the city!

You can check out all of the different ideas on our interactive map.

Now it’s time to evaluate and discuss these ideas and turn some of them into full-fledged project proposals that can be voted on in June. In this Project Development phase, community volunteers from each council district will review and assess the eligible projects based on need, impact, and equity.

In the month of March, there will be four project development meetings scheduled within each of Seattle’s seven council districts.  These meetings will provide an opportunity for community members to discuss each eligible project and identify those projects that are going to serve the highest need and provide the most benefit for each district.
