Neighborhood Matching Fund supported Backyard Barter Event October 23

This Small and Simple project was awarded $11,201 to help create Backyard Barter, designed to foster community connectedness with the goal of creating a community of individuals interested and engaged in creating and bartering homemade and homegrown food.  The project is targeted at groups and individuals in NW Seattle and will include development of a social networking website and several barter events that bring people together.
