Mayor Murray recently appointed Kathy Nyland as the new director our department. Bernie Matsuno is stepping down so as to semi-retire, expand her volunteerism, yet also lend her expertise to future City community-engagement projects. Ms. Nyland starts in her role the beginning of June. Read more.
