Neighborhood Payment and Information Services Team honored by Seattle Management Association

Seattle Department of Neighborhoods’ Neighborhood Payment and Information Services Team were honored at the 26th Annual Excellence in Management Awards Banquet sponsored by the Seattle Management Association on December 3. Mayor Greg Nickels presented the Excellence in Management, Customer Satisfaction category award to the team and acknowledged the important role of the Department of Neighborhoods’ customer service representatives in service to the community.

The Excellence in Management Awards recognize and reward the accomplishments and skills of City of Seattle employees. The awards acknowledge achievement in eight categories that reflect City priorities and the exceptional work done every day by City employees.
