The Seattle Public Library is offering a series of free urban self-reliance classes at the Capitol Hill Library branch.  Seattle Department of Neighborhoods will offer classes on P-Patch community gardening and on the Neighborhood Matching Fund’s Small Sparks program.  Click here for more information and program schedule.
