Arbor Heights Elementary School is inviting friends, family and neighbors to get connected and get prepared at an Emergency Preparedness event on October 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the school (3701 SW 104th Street). This event is a part of a disaster preparedness project at Arbor Heights Elementary supported by a $10,520 award from the Small and Simple Projects Fund. The event is intended to raise awareness about emergency preparedness and inspire people to take action so they are prepared for a disaster.
