The Eritrean Association successfully completed its Large Project Fund project for design of a new community center building.  With the assistance of HomeSight, this East African mutual assistance association competitively hired an architect, conducted outreach and held three community design charettes to develop building floor plans tied to the existing building and exterior to meet community meeting and activities needs.  The group conducted a simultaneous capital campaign, raising nearly $1,000,000 out of a total development cost of $1,582,777.  Fundraising continues and an application for a building permit has been submitted.  Click here for photos.
