The Seattle Times profiled the Work-it-Out program, which received $100,000 from Seattle Department of Neighborhoods’ Large Project Fund this year.  The Central Area project will convert a vacant school building and grounds into a neighborhood educational and job-training work site for youth ages 16-21 in greatest need of intervention: school dropouts.
