The Neighborhood Matching Fund awarded the Seal Sitters project $35,000 in 2010 to help fund its mission of  preservation and conservation of  harbor seals and all marine mammals in their Western Washington habitat.  The group recently produced this PSA with information on what to do and not to do when coming upon a seal pup on the beach.  Learn more at their website.
