Seattle Rep’s Public Works family of community and professional actors perform A Winter's Tale (2021 NMF grantee)

The Neighborhood Matching Fund is a grant program of the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods. The program has been operating for more than 30 years and has supported over 5,000 community-led projects. These endeavors include everything from park improvements to community festivals, and youth mentorship programs. 

We are working with the community to review the program and identify barriers to access. You are invited to share your feedback in a survey that is open from March 28 through April 28, 2024.  Once the survey results have been collected, the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods plans to host a series of small-group discussions with a diverse set of community members. These conversations will help us understand what we have learned in the survey and lead to the creation of equitable solutions.
