Throughout the 2011 gardening season, Spanish language middle school students tended a plot at the Queen Anne P-Patch. Students were participating in a Global Workshop, created by The Language Link, a program that engages Seattle children in world languages.  The Queen Anne middle schoolers documented their work in Spanish and in digital storytelling.  They exchanged stories on line with study partners in Guatemala, who are documenting their own project as well.  The culmination will be a trip to Guatemala to visit and share with study partners.  Click here to see the students’ video report.
