Join Beacon Hill gardeners in celebrating National Pollinator Week by attending a free screening of the movie “More Than Honey”. This award winning film will be shown on Friday, June 20 at 7 pm at the Garden House on Beacon Hill (2336 15th Ave S, across from the Shell station). Meet reps from the national BeeGAP (Gardeners Assisting Pollinators) program, taste local honey, gather information about supporting our native bees. Free popcorn too. METRO routes 60 and 36 stop within a block of the venue. ADA parking and access is via the alley behind the house. Doors open at 6:15.
The movie is the debut of the Beacon Hill Meaningful Movies series, funded by a Neighborhood Matching Fund award from the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods.
