Have a Project Idea for your Neighborhood? Come to One of our Workshops

Hopscotch CDThe Neighborhood Matching Fund Program awards matching dollars for projects initiated, planned, and implemented by community members in Seattle. It is hosting three workshops for those interested in applying to its Small and Simple Projects Fund this October. The Small and Simple Projects Fund provides matching awards of up to $25,000.

At the workshop you will get an overview of the Neighborhood Matching Fund, the qualities of a good project, and the application process and requirements. To RSVP call 206-733-9916 or go online at surveymonkey.com/s/NMFWorkshop. Childcare and interpreters can be arranged when you RSVP and request these services at least 72 hours in advance. The workshops are open to everyone.

The deadline for applications is Monday, October 6 at 5:00 p.m., but make sure to register early on our web-based application system. Our staff is available to advise groups on ways to develop successful applications and projects.
