Come join Deputy Mayor Darryl Smith, Concord Elementary School students, Feet First and other community members for the Grand Opening of South Park’s “Little Bridge” on the Henderson overpass. Feet First has collaborated with SeaMar, Concord International Elementary and the community to spruce up and install a community led art project on the Little Bridge at Henderson Street. The details are below:
When: Friday September 10 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Where: Meet at bridge (S. Henderson St and SR99, between 8th Ave and 10th Ave South)
The bridge is a main connection for students of Concord Elementary who cross over SR99 to go to school. Restoration of the bridge and of the rusty railing is a action item on the South Park Action Agenda.
