Seattle Times reports on Neighborhood Matching Fund supported Jackson Street Music History Project

The Neighborhood Matching Fund supported this innovative project in the Central area with a $1,000 award through its Small Sparks program.  The project features photos and artwork depicting legendary black musicians from the neighborhood.
